Error "wt.org.UserNotFoundException: User not found: unknown user name: "Administrator" in Methodserver log in Windchill

• Cannot login Windchill UI
• After upgrade, it shows error message "Failed to set Administrator (ok if installation)" when starting Windchill
• Not able to login in Windchill with error below
