Description

  • Loading fails for EPMDocument object with an error "wt.content.ContentException: invalid format name passed"
  • Loading fails for WTDocument object with an error "wt.content.ContentException: invalid format name passed"
  • Non Windchill to Windchill migration is performed
  • Below error is observed in cirouter.log :
    • INFO  postprocess.WbmMigratedInfoPostprocessor- Message reported for com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.transaction.MasterStagingRecord@502f1ed3, 
      objectType:EPMDocument, stgId:3518 => Message:  Resource bundle/Message key = wt.content.contentResource/1
    • ERROR postprocess.WbmMigratedInfoPostprocessor- Error reported for com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.transaction.MasterStagingRecord@502f1ed3, objectType:EPMDocument, stgId:3518 => Message:  Resource bundle/Message key = wt.content.contentResource/1
      wt.content.ContentException: Message:  Resource bundle/Message key = wt.content.contentResource/1
      at wt.content.StandardContentService.getFormatByName(StandardContentService.java:3377) ~[codebase/:?]
      at jdk.internal.reflect.GeneratedMethodAccessor563.invoke(Unknown Source) ~[?:?]
  • Below error is observed in Method Server logs at the time when loading fails :
    • ERROR [RMI TCP Connection(402)-10.200.26.22] com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.genericloader miguser - (wt.content.contentResource/1) wt.content.ContentException: invalid format name passed - "CADCOMPONENT"
    • ERROR [RMI TCP Connection(402)-10.200.26.22] com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.genericloader miguser - Load data result: FAILURE
