Description
- Get the error Could not provide media when downloading PDF document in Google Chrome with Adobe Acrobat extension from ThingWorx Navigate
- Google Chrome Development Tool > Network shows that the server returns "500 Internal Server Error"
- MethodServer log reports the following error, which is same with that described in Article - CS366405 - Error occurred when opening PDF using Adobe Acrobat of Chrome in Windchill PDMLink (ptc.com)

Description The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.
