Description
- Update Existing Installation option is disabled in PTC Solution Installer (PSI) when trying to update Windchill.
- Fails to update Windchill because Update Existing Installation option is greyed out in PSI.
- Apply Maintenance Release option is greyed out
- Install Optional Component option is greyed out
- Install Optional Component option is greyed out in a rehosted environment when adding a new module, eg. Windchill ProjectLink
- Update Existing Installation not available / does not work when applying a Critical Patch Set (CPS)
- After Update Existing Installation, the installation which you need to update is not shown
- Updating from Windchill 13.1.1.X to 13.1.2.X but after running PSI Windchill instance is NOT recognized
