- Windchill Commonspace icon is greyed out and unable to access
- Workspace is greyed out and unable to access
- Server is up and running, still showing as offline in Creo Parametric
- When the PDM server is offline, Creo still displays the "online" status after it is started. Can it be set to automatically display "offline" status when not connected?

- Offline checkbox remains unresponsive and cannot be reset on specific client machines after the server went offline once
