Description
- Getting error messages in methodserver related to missing licence feature ptc_wnc_pdf_collab_c
- The following error messages appears in the Method server log
(LICENSE_FEATURE_NOT_FOUND/License not found for the feature "ptc_wnc_pdf_collab_c".) wt.licenseusage.licensing.LicensingException: License not found for the feature "ptc_wnc_pdf_collab_c". LICENSE_FEATURE_NOT_FOUND wt.licenseusage.licensing.LicenseManager.checkOutLicense(LicenseManager.java:228) at wt.licenseusage.licensing.LicenseController.checkOutLicense(LicenseController.java:592)(LICENSE_FEATURE_NOT_FOUND/License not found for the feature "ptc_wnc_pdf_collab_c".) wt.licenseusage.licensing.LicensingException: License not found for the feature "ptc_wnc_pdf_collab_c". - The above error message is received in MethodServer.log when clicking on Open representation in Creo View
- Is there any impact of the above error when publishing Items in Windchill PDMLink
- Adding an User to the PTC Windchill PDF Collaboration - Active Daily User License gives the following Error in the UI ATTENTION: License not found for the feature "PTC Windchill PDF Collaboration"
- The PTC Windchill PDF Collaboration license profile is not enabled after importing license file including ptc_wnc_pdf_collab_c
