Description
- Exporting a Jasper report in XLSX format always downloads the report in XLS
- Currently HTML, PDF, XLSX, and CSV are the valid formats that can be set for property com.ptc.windchill.enterprise.report.display.defaultFormats in wt.properties
- If XLSX is set as the format, it will always download a XLS file and not XLSX
- XLS file has a limitation that it can handle only 65K rows per sheet and sometimes this limit is exceeded
- When opening an XLS in Excel in Normal/Editing mode, the "#" character is encoded in Windchill URLs causing the link to fail (e.g. /Windchill/app/%23ptc1/tcomp/infoPage?oid=VR%3Awt.change2.WTChangeOrder2%3A4952771&u8=1)
