- Custom Lifecycle State with duplicate Display Name having issue with search with State as criteria
- Example: Define custom Lifecycle State with the same Display Name as the Out-of-the-box State

If the State criteria as Draft in advanced search, both of the states are either custom State or both are OOTB State depend on the Windchill release (we can confirm by search result or using Browser console).
