Windchill failed to get license features, Error "com.flexnet.licensing.exceptions.CalloutException: Failed file open" in Windchill PDMLink

• Windchill failed to get license features when wt.licenseusage.licensepath points to a Windows mapped drive. E.g.,
  • Map Z:\SharedFolder\ to \\Hostname\SharedFolder\
  • Set wt.licenseusage.licensepath=Z\:\\SharedFolder
• MethodServer reports the following error:
