When loading <Creo Common Files>\proe\xmlelem\schema\ProTKFeature.xsd using SchemaFactory class in Java, there will be an exception: "PRO_E_FEATURE_TYPE and PRO_E_FEATURE_TYPE violate 'Unique Particle Attribution'.".

Description
When loading <Creo Common Files>\proe\xmlelem\schema\ProTKFeature.xsd using SchemaFactory class in Java, there will be an exception:
PRO_E_FEATURE_TYPE and PRO_E_FEATURE_TYPE (or elements from their substitution group) violate "Unique Particle Attribution". During validation against this schema, ambiguity would be created for those two particles.
