Description
- Active Directory Authentication is not case-sensitive for user attributes in ThingWorx
- Many duplicate users are getting created when the user authenticate via Directory Services Entity in ThingWorx Platform
- Users that sign-in with different casing in the Username field results in multiple accounts being created in ThingWorx Platform
- Sign in via LDAP or Active Directory results in multiple User Entities in ThingWorx with different casing
- Directory Services User signed into ThingWorx as userOne and then later as UserOne, has resulted in multiple User Entities being created
- What is the status of username casing when using Directory Services in the latest version of ThingWorx Platform?
- Will multiple users still be created if a user inputs different casing when attempting to login?
