Performance KPI stays at 0% in Thingworx Real-Time Production Performance Monitoring

Description
- The RTPPM models are configured on the equipment : Product Change, Job Order and Production.
- In the KPI Dashboard, the Performance KPI always stays at 0% and inside the Performance pop-up, the Total Production value stays at 0.
- In the Operator Dashboard, the current production event shows good production.
- In some cases the values go up after the production event changes, in other cases the values always stay at 0 even after production events complete.
