Can’t see KPIs and metrics based on production quantity in Thingworx Real-Time Production Performance Monitoring

  • ThingWorx Real-Time Production Performance Monitoring 1.4.1 to 1.6.3

  • The RTPPM is version is 1.6.3 or lower (expecting a fix in RTPPM 1.6.4).

Description

  • The RTPPM extension is configured.

  • There is at least 1 equipment with production events and waste events.

  • There are production quantities and waste quantities recorded.

  • In the KPI Dashboard, most of the metrics based on production quantity are showing as 0 for this equipment(s).

  • In the Quality popup, the Waste quantity is correct, but the Good (Production) quantity is 0 and the Waste% is shown as 100%.
