Description
- "CreateProcess failed (1638)" error when starting the install
- Unable to upgrade to KEPServerEX version 6.11
- Issue appears at first step, when the installer is updating 2019 CRT
- Unable to upgrade to KEPServerEX version 6.14
- Unable to upgrade to KEPServerEX version 6.15
- Unable to upgrade to Kepserverex version 6.18
- This is KepServerEX 6 v6.15.154 on Windows Server 2016 and we are receiving the message below in the very start of the install
