Browzwear installation is failing with "ERROR: WC Login Credentials are incorrect or user is locked out." error in FlexPLM 12.0.2.0

While installing Browzwear, below error occurs  after executing command "ant -f BW_Plugin_Build.xml loadEnumerations" though correct credentials are provided and build is successful
