Description
- Site Administrator is unable to access License Management Utility even when Site Admin is not added in any License Group
- License Management utility is unavailable/missing for Site Administrator
- Below error is captured in Method Server logs when Administrator User logs in Windchill:
ERROR [**] wt.servlet.ServletRequestMonitor.request Administrator - *** wt.session.SessionUsers$PreLoginException: wt.licenseusage.licensing.LicensingException: User is not a member of any valid license groups. Access is denied. You do not have a Windchill license assigned to your account. Contact your administrator for further assistance.
- Method Server has error:
Method server down with Error:Failed to acquire license from trusted storage. Mandatory feature are either missing or all features are expired.
- Not able to access License Management Utility after Windchill 12.1 upgrade without any errors
- Search button is missing from Navigator
- After upgrading to Windchill 12.0.2.X for wcadmin (Administrator) most of the menus in Utilities are missing or not available
- After windchill rehost, most of the options in site -> Utilities are not available for wcadmin
