Users able to log into Vuforia Editor but not Vuforia Vantage

Description
- Some user get the following error after sign in to Vuforia Vantage
- Error. sign-in failed. Try again later
- After the same user sign in to Vuforia Editor, the user is able to sign in to Vuforia Vantage without error
- In log file of Vuforia Vantage, the following errors occur
- Authorization error: The operation could not be completed(org.openid.appauth.general error -3)
- urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:status:AuthnFailed.
- Uninstall and re-install Vuforia Vantage App does not resolve the issue
