Description

  • On an Azure Virtual Desktop machine, when more than one user is logged in and working on Creo Parametric, asynchronous C toolkit, OTK C++, OTK JAVA and VB API applications fail to connect using Connect() function.
  • Connect() function fails with exception XToolkitNotFound. Which mean that there is no open active Creo Parametric session found on the machine.
    • C Toolkit:    ProEngineerConnect()
    • OTK C++:   pfcAsyncConnection::Connect()
    • OTK JAVA: pfcAsyncConnection::Connect()
    • VB API:      IpfcAsyncConnection::Connect()
