Description
- PSI installation fails while installing Windchill Business Reporting with below error in WBR_PtcInstall.log:
- DEBUG ### - (WBR_CogConfig_Ouput.log): Using J_HOME: C:\JAVA\jdk11.0.11_9
DEBUG ### - (WBR_CogConfig_Ouput.log): Using J_OPTS: "-Dcom.ibm.jsse2.overrideDefaultTLS=true"
DEBUG ### - (WBR_CogConfig_Ouput.log): <JAVA_HOME>/lib/ext exists, extensions mechanism no longer supported; Use -classpath instead.
DEBUG ### - (WBR_CogConfig_Ouput.log): Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
DEBUG ### - (WBR_CogConfig_Ouput.log): Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
