When opening a Solidworks assembly from local disk containing parts that are locked in the workspace, the lock get removed and the files are set as modified in Workgroup Manager Workspace

Description
- Locked objects are set as modified in Workspace when opening an assembly from hard drive that contains those objects
- The following conflict message/error is thrown where Continue is the only choice and there is no Cancel option:
File with the same name already exists in Workspace and is locked. Saving this file will overwrite the existing one.
- After clicking OK, all parts are unlocked and set as Modified in the workspace
