Unable to display repository files on ThingWorx Composer after changing the repository directory

Description
- Configured a Location for a Custom File Repository by specifying FileRepositoryRoot in the platform-settings.json

- Copied the old folders and files from C:\ThingworxStorage\repository to the custom root path D:\CustomFolder\repository
- Verify the new folder permission has been granted to the Tomcat logon account
- Restart Tomcat
- Navigate to Composer > Manage (a gear icon on the left navigation bar) > Repositories
- Unable to see files copied in the new destination
