Description
- Unable to add/remove users from WindchillDS Groups due to DS Replication related error
- Unable to add/remove Groups when editing User Information page due to DS Replication related error
- Unable to edit/create new user getting error as LDAP error code 53
- Below error is observed in Method Server logs:
wt.system.err extprkot - javax.naming.OperationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 53 - The Replication is configured for suffix o=ptc but was not able to connect to any Replication Server]; remaining name 'cn=pd manager,cn=public,o=ptc,ou=people,cn=administrativeldap,o=ptc'
- Executed the command to disable DSReplication but it fails with
dsreplication disable --disableAll -h localhost --adminUID cn=Manager --adminPassword xyz --trustAll --no-prompt
below error message :ReplicationCliException: Error updating registration information. Details: Registration information error. Error type: 'ERROR_UNEXPECTED'. Details: javax.naming.OperationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 53 - The Replication is configured for suffix cn=admin data but was not able to connect to any Replication Server]; remaining name 'cn=all-servers,cn=Server Groups,cn=admin data' (ReplicationCliMain.java:5880 ReplicationCliMain.java:4211 ReplicationCliMain.java:768 ReplicationCliMain.java:555 ReplicationCliMain.java:496 ReplicationCliMain.java:367 ReplicationCliMain.java:319)
