Use of Options in the Select Tab of Report Manager in Windchill PDMLink

Description
- Allowing users to view the options Distinct, Bypass Access Control and Group By in the Select tab of Report Manager
- Users cannot see Bypass Access Control option in the Select tab of Query Builder reports
- In Report Management count function is not available
- In Report Management Distinct checkbox is not available
- The following functions are missing from the Select Tab in the Query Builder for the Organization Administrators:
- Average
- Count
- Maximum
- Minimum
- Standard Deviation
- Sum
- Above mentioned Database functions are only available for the Siteadmin
