Mount for root folder fails with the message "wt.util.WTException:Mount status cannot be determined" in Windchill PDMLink

Description

  • Mount a folder to the new root folder fails after creating new master vault and the new root folder for it .
  • Mount a folder to the new root folder fails with the following error message
  • When try to chang vault folder, mount failed with error below
  • Error popup on UI (User Interface):  
    Create mount for root folder "xxxx" failed. Nexted exception is : wt.util.WTException:Mount status cannot be determined
