Description

  • CAD worker job fails with error message java.io.IOException: There are no more files
  • CAD worker jobs fail if more than one is publishing
  • Issue is sporadic and jobs can succeed when resubmitted
  • Possible Errors in WVS job monitor:
    • Problem copying all files java.io.IOException: There are no more files
    • Part Processing Returned: $ERROR$ Problem copying all files java.io.IOException: There are no more files
    • CadAgent Returned: $ERROR$ Problem copying all files java.io.IOException: There are no more files
    • CadAgent Returned: $ERROR$ Problem creating directory via FTP java.io.IOException: 450 Internal error creating the directory
  • Methodserver log shows error:-

    • Multiple Creo workers configured in the same server using the -DA option and if more than 1 is starting to publish, then the connection to the worker is closed
