Configured mail integration but it always reported "Could not connect to SMTP host: xxxxxx, port:xx" in Windchill PDMLink

Description
- Scenario 1:
- The mail server was configured as SMTP and use the port 25
- Configured mail integration as per CS125071 but it always reported below error:
Could not connect to SMTP host: xxxxxx, port:xx
- Scenario 2:
- The mail server was configured as SMTPs and used port 465
- It shows errors when sending the mail :
- DEBUG SMTP: could not connect to host "xxx.xxx.com", port: 465, response: -1
DEBUG SMTP: could not connect to host "xxx.xxx.com", port: 465, response: -1
- Or
statusMessage <Got bad greeting from SMTP host: xxx.xxx.com, port: 465, response: [EOF]>
