Description

  • Unable to delete personal cabinets for users who have no checked-out work or workspaces 
  • Error in Method Server logs:
DeleteUserCabinetList:wt.folder.Cabinet:####<Cabinet Name>
wt.system.err <username> - (wt.change2.change2Resource/51) wt.change2.ChangeException2: You cannot delete an object that has been affected by a change task.
  • Objects related to the change task can be found in Windchill UI by following steps in Cause field of CS236100
    • Deleting personal cabinets again after objects were removed from change tasks triggered the error below:
wt.fc.ReferentialIntegrityException: Referential integrity violations occurred for this operation:
Cannot delete "<part number>, <part name>" that is used by the following versions : …<other parts>…
Object "wt.part.WTPartUsageLink:####" references the object "wt.part.WTPartMaster:<PartMaster ida2a2>" that was removed from the system
  • Search for the part in Windchill UI and will find the symptoms below:
    • Part is located in a site folder and cannot be moved to a different location
    • Partmaster of the part is shown in structure page of <other parts>
