CAD Documents created from templates do not show the updated 'PTC_WM_NUMBER' value

Description
- New SolidWorks CAD Documents created from template (.PRTDOT) shows the Number of the template and not the OIR generated or custom number of the CAD document in the File > Properties dialog box of SolidWorks
- Steps to reproduce
- Pre-requisite: Set the preference Workgroup Manager Client > Mapping System Attributes and File Properties > CAD Document Number System Attribute > SolidWorks > Blank value
- Relaunch SolidWorks and Windchill Workgroup Manager
- Create a SolidWorks template in Windchill connected mode and save to local drive in the template location or check-in to Windchill as Template
- Create a new CAD Part using this template
- Go to File > Properties > Observe that the PTC_WM_NUMBER value is that of a template
- Check-in the new CAD Part in Windchill with custom filename and Number
- Open the new CAD Part > File > Properties > Observe that the PTC_WM_NUMBER is not updated and still shows the template's number
