Description
- Navigate Configurator fails with error Failed to configure Flow connector PTC-Nav-Windchill-Connector.
- Thingworx Foundation ,Thingworx Flow and Thingworx Navigate is installed successfully.
- ThingWorxNavigateConfigurator.log reports following error while running Navigate Configurator to setup authentication options (Fixed or Windchill as authentication or SSO)
Configuring Navigate Connection to Windchill Executing java Configuring Flow connector [09:54:22] - httpRequest useSSL = 1 [09:54:22] Execute httpPost - URL: https://ServerDomain:port/Thingworx/Subsystems/WorkflowSubsystem/Services/UpdateConnector?x-thingworx-session=true [09:54:23] - HTTP return code: 500 [09:54:23] Failed to configure Flow connector PTC-Nav-Windchill-Connector. Check Thingworx Application log for more information. Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly Failed to configure ThingWorx Flow connector.
