Windchill Modeler SQL server instance is not found after a restart of the computer

Description
- I uninstalled Windchill Modeler and restarted the computer to reinstall Modeler
- It fails when connecting to the SQL Server instance
Selected SQL server instance “MYSERVER\MODELER”
SQL server instance is not found.
Check a valid SQL server instance value is entered.
SQL server instance is not found.

- The SQL Server Instance was successfully installed
- In Computer Management, Services and Applications, Services
- SQLServer(Modeler) was not Running
- The 'GetModelOperation operation failed'
