Generic Worker Framework fails to publish due to error "Command failed to produce output file""

Description

  • Generic Worker Framework unable to produce the .out file
  • Worker log reports error:- 
    • Command failed to produce output file <path to the Generic Worker installation folder>\tmp\<filename>.out
Sending CAD Agent reply $ERROR$ Command failed to produce output file <path to the Generic Worker installation folder>\tmp\<filename>.out
  • Publishing of the Custom Creo worker is unable to produce the ".out" file
    • WVS Job monitor log shows the error:- 
      • Command failed to produce output file <path to the Generic Worker installation folder>\tmp\<filename>\tmp\abc.out
    • BGMSWVS log shows the following: 
      • DEBUG [PublisherQueuePROECUST1.PollingThread] wt.wvs.publish.UIHelper Administrator - sanitizedHTML : Drawing Processing Returned: $ERROR$ Command failed to produce output file <path to the Generic Worker installation folder>\tmp\abc.out
