Description
- Unable to view any PDF documents in Creo View installed on a Windows 7 OS machines
- No errors are reported when trying to view any PDF documents in Creo View installed on a Windows 7 OS machines
- Even though the supported configured Adobe Reader DC is installed on a Win7 machine, unable to view any PDF documents in Creo View
- Unable to view any PDF documents in Creo View installed on a Windows 7 OS machines even when using the option "Use native viewer for PDF files", no errors reported
- Enabling the Creo View client debugging (see CS62972) provides the following errors in the trace log:
