Description
- The Primary Content and Attachments URL links from the JSON response from PTC Document Management domain Windchill Rest Service(WRS, OData) gives us below error:
HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error
- The complete error message on User Interface(UI) as below:
HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error Type Status Report Message The signature from "http://host/Windchill/servlet/WindchillGW", signed at "Fri May 28 03:22:45 GMT 2021", received at "Fri May 28 03:51:51 GMT 2021", is already used. Please retry the operation. If the error persists please contact the system administrator. Description The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.
- Copy the Primary Content and Attachments URL links from the JSON response and paste to a new web browser session or new Inprivate window URL address, the issue will occur
- There is no the issue if paste to a same session URL address
- To get the Primary Content and Attachments URL links by accessing below WRS API：
- GET /Documents('{DocumentId}')/Attachments
- GET /Documents('{DocumentId}')/PrimaryContent
