Description
- Content for any object fails to upload with below error
Failed to get Url information for content files to upload them to server. Error details: Error occurred while executing HTTP requestFailed to get Url information for content files to upload them to server. Error details: Error occurred while executing HTTP request
- Error "wt.objectstorage.exception.ContentFileCanNotBeStoredException: ATTENTION: An error occurred while uploading the file Please contact your administrator. Cause of failure: Secure site not found for upload".

- MethodServer logs are indicating that disks are full
- Failed to check in any CAD objects with a security label in Windchill Workgroup Manager with the following message in Conflict Management:
Failed to get Url information for content files to upload them to server. Error details: Check security labels assigned to CAD Documents "<CAD NAME>,..." or contact your administrator.
- Failed to upload any CAD files with the following errors:

ServerCache: executeHttpRequest, Server returned error with ErrorCode : 500 and Error text : ATTENTION: An error occurred while uploading the file. Please contact the administrator. Cause of error: No active folder.
- Method Server log:
wt.fv.StandardFvService - Creation of folder for vault defaultuploadvault failed. Physical file cannot be created.
- Mount status shows "Does not exist" in Windchill Vault Administration UI
