Description

  • Cannot access ThingWorx Platform
  • Was unable to access ThingWorx Platform for a short period of time
  • ThingWorx Platform seems to have temporarily disconnected from the database
  • The page partially loads and then remains blank in ThingWorx Platform
  • ThingWorx seemed to recover automatically after being unavailable for a short period of time
  • One or more of the following sets of errors are seen within the <ThingworxStorage>\logs\ApplicationLog.log file (several different errors may be seen depending on what operation is being performed): 
    • Persistent Property Update 
      • [L: ERROR] [O: c.t.p.p.PersistentPropertyDataProcessor] [I: ] [U: SuperUser] [S: ] [T: pool-15-thread-3] Error executing batch update of persistent properties
