Thumbnail generation is failing for .idr image file

Description
- Thumbnail is not getting generated by using Creo view adapter 4.2 for specific IsoDraw format (.idr) file, which imported or opened via an image or picture. It is also failing via pvsthumbbatch.bat command and hang on "Running pview_batch:" stage
- Open the .idr file in Creo view 5.0/6.0/7.0 directly, shaded area will be displayed. and thumbnail will be generated with shaded area as well by using Creo view adapter 5.0/6.0/7.0
