Set Up Participants task is auto-completed when all users are removed from a role prior to clicking the "Complete Task" button in Windchill PDMLink

Description
- Workflow is set up with both a Set Up Participants task (Activity 1) and Assigned Activity (Activity 2) that execute at the same time and both eventually route to the same OR gate
- Assignees for Activity 1 can add/remove users from role(s) used in Activity 2
- Participants for Activity 2 are set to All and Required in Participants tab
- If Assignee for Activity 1 removes all users from the role(s) used by Activity 2 from the Set Up Participants table, both Activity 1 and Activity 2 tasks auto-complete prior to assignee for Activity 1 clicking Complete Task
- Note: If Participants for Activity 2 are set to Any and Required in Participants tab, the tasks do not auto-complete when removing all users from the roles
