In-place upgrade to 11.1 M020 install fails in Windchill PDM Essentials

Description

  • Perform in-place upgrade  to Windchill PDM Essentials 11.1 M020  (as Target Windchill ) on the same machine ,  It fails with "setup exit code  2 Error"  in SuperInstaller.log            
  • In <target WT_HOME>\PSI\Installer\log\PTCSOLNINSTALLER_PtcInstall.log file ,  It has  the error messages like the following :
