- When using Workgroup Manager for CATIA V5 cannot access the CATIA Help (F1) documents from CATIA Help
- Using Windchill Workgroup Manager for CATIA V5 cannot access the CATIA Help documents from CATIA >Help >Catia V5 Help (or using F1 key) when linked to Windchill PDMLink
- The same operation functions when running CATIA standalone without linked to Windchill Workgroup Manager

- When CATIA V5 is linked to WGM client endusers cannot access CATIA Help documents when using F1 key due to error message
- The same CATIA Technical Documentation can be accessed when CATIA V5 is not registered to WGM client
- Same issue was not seen in Windchill Workgroup Manager 11.1 or before
