- Performance Advisor for ThingWorx does not work even after following the necessary steps to connect
- Cannot get ThingWorx Performance Advisor working
- ThingWorx Performance Advisor shows red errors on the Widgets when trying to view data
- Cannot view Performance Advisor details for a ThingWorx instance
- Performance Advisor is not showing ThingWorx Platform metrics
- Widgets are showing a red triangle error bar when attempting to view statistics for a ThingWorx instance in Performance Advisor
- TW.SCPP.Dashboard is showing errors and not loading ThingWorx Platform data
- ThingWorx Platform reports it is connected to Performance Advisor but no data is loading within the Dashboard
- User has been granted permission to access Performance Advisor data but is still not able to load the ThingWorx Dashboard
