- Can I transfer a license someone else activated?
- The employee who activated the license has left the company, can you associate the license with my account?

- Currently user have a Perpetual license assigned to the email address. User is looking forward to purchasing 2 more Perpetual licenses. Question is, the 2 new licenses need to be activated using separate accounts? Or can the 2 new licenses be added to same account?
- New and need to figure out how to add licenses and also what other license from a previous IT person can be moved to this account
- Users have Kepware license, but states that they don't have access to manage it. Can you please assign me the necessary permissions.
