In Creo Illustrate: When animating copied and pasted stamps the transitions weren't played to the correct stamp object in some cases

Description
- After copying and pasting stamps and animating them in an animation/sequence, and then reaching "preview sequence" or reopening the Illustration and playing the animation/sequence -
- The animated transitions of the stamps that are being played don't correlate to the correct stamp objects.
- The issue has been observed in Illustrations created in Creo Illustrate 4.0 and newer versions.
