Description
- Cannot install some Extensions on ThingWorx Platform
- RabbitMQ password is incorrect and thus ThingWorx Flow related Extensions cannot be installed
- ThingWorx Flow related Extensions are failing to install on ThingWorx Platform
- Cannot install the Digital Product Traceability (DPT) Extension onto ThingWorx Platform
- Windchill_Digital_Product_Traceability_extension636.zip will not install on ThingWorx Platform
- Seeing the following error within the ApplicationLog.log file under <ThingworxStorage>\logs:
- Exception: java.io.UncheckedIOException: com.rabbitmq.client.AuthenticationFailureException: ACCESS_REFUSED - Login was refused using authentication mechanism PLAIN. For details see the broker logfile.
