Description
- Application goes into not responding state while loading an assembly from local drive
- Application freezes while loading an assembly from the workspace
- Application goes into not responding state while expanding model tree or other operation
- Occurs sometimes only:
- in Sessions linked to Windchill PDMLink (not in standalone)
- when retrieve_data_sharing_ref_parts is set to yes in config.pro
- Application hangs/crashes while loading an assembly with the below error in the trail file
- Application becomes non responding with message area showing:
Check Status: ATB ### reference file '<part_name>' is missing"
- One client is unable to open a specific large assembly from workspace hanging without responding while other clients are working
- Creo Parametric is always loading with no response after an 3d assembly is opened from the workspace when connected with Windchill
