Windchill PDMLink: File Sync CAD worker fails to publish CAD Documents with WWGM client initialization errors

• File synchronization capable CAD worker (e.g. Unigraphics, SolidWorks, or Inventor) fails to publish CAD documents in Windchill PDMLink
• Catia worker can start normally but fails to publish representations
• CAD worker_#.log file reports errors

• The SolidWorks worker published correctly and created all requested files however the WVS Job Monitor shows as failed and throws the following error in the Worker_#.log:

WWGM ERROR: Sync failed, unable to get SolidWorks UWGM COM Helper.
Failed to create dvffile
Part Processing Returned: $ERROR$ Failed to create dvffile

• XXX.SLDDRW can't be published with the error message below. I usually solved such issues by resubmitting or creating a new representation, but it doesn't work for it

• CAD Worker has been set for generating a preview from Inventor data during check-in, but it failed with an error
• Failed to publish CATIA V5 jobs with error below after updating to WWGM 13.0.2.1:

  ERROR: Failed to find WWGM DLL "D:/PTC/wgm/x86e_win64/obj/catia5adapter_loader.dll" - please check WWGM configuration
