Description
- If the user moves over the links on Resource Center web page, Creo Parametric hangs when accessing the active Workspace after logging into Windchill PDMLink
- This happens when the authentication is required directly on startup because config.pro contains options requiring Windchill access: wtpub://<SERVER-ALIAS>/...
- The issue is randomly observed but quite frequently
- There seems to be a specific time frame or a particular speed range to click the active Workspace icon after logging into Windchill, to run into this issue
- This happens independent of whether resource center is being displayed in separate window or in embedded browser - i.e., when the option Do not show window again. Display the Resource Center in the Creo Browser when launching was checked in Resource Center window previously
- Creo Parametric remains non responding and needs to be terminated and restarted
- The Windchill login window remains open and cannot be validated as long as the Creo agent is not ended
- "Windows Security" login window does not accept input for windchill access as soon as Creo session launched
- Popup of request to authenticate several ti;e using IE
