Description

  • Unable to create or Import an Entity with the same name as a Entity that was previously deleted in ThingWorx
    Unable to create thing: xxxx : [1,018] Data store unknown error: [Error occurred while accessing the model provider.] org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "model_index_entities_ukey" Detail: Key (entity_name, entity_type)=(xxxx) already exists Unable to create thing: xxxx : [1,018] Data store unknown error: [Error occurred while accessing the model provider.]
    • Thing name is not accessible from Service or Composer
    • Thing not detected as Ghost entity
  • Deleted entities are reappearing after restarting the platform
  • The Thing information exists in the database tables thing_model and model_index, but it doesn't appear in ThingWorx Composer
