- Need to do one of the following in Implementer Update desktop application
- register library
- apply patches / updates
- create diagnostic package
- At any point in the process where Implementer Update needs to validate the logged in user
- Get Error dialog: com.ibm.as400.access.ServerStartupException: Unable to establish a connection.
