Apache Tomcat is running a login prompt is presented but Composer does not load when accessing ThingWorx Platform

Description
- Able to login to Composer with correct credentials but Composer never loads
- ThingWorx Composer hangs on a blank grey screen and does not open
- Cannot get Composer to load
- Media Entities are not loading on Form Login pages
- Unable to install Extensions onto ThingWorx Platform, no error is seen in ThingWorx logs
- Media Entities do not load when accessed at Runtime or within Composer on ThingWorx Platform
- Browser F12/Dev Tools shows a 500 error for any Media Entity
- Image on an Organization's Form Login page does not appear
- 500 internal server error is seen on FormLogin page for Organization Image
- ThingWorx log files at <ThingworxStorage>\logs and Apache Tomcat log files at <Apache Tomcat>\logs have abruptly stopped logging without providing any error messages
- ThingWorx Platform seems to be down as Composer never loads
