- Installation fails because of missing root certificates in KEPServerEX v5.21 on Windows XP SP3 or Windows 2008 SP2 (32 bit) in PTC Kepware Products
- Error message in pop-up Check Root Certificates
Installation of KEPServerEX-[version].exe failed. The installer was unable to find required certificates. Please apply windows updates. If unable to apply Windows updates, contact support for instructions on installing root certificates
- Error message indicating: "Installation failed. KEPServerEX v5.21 is not trusted"
